Refund Policy

At Grazed Catering, we pride ourselves on the quality of our food and service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your experience, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address the issue.

1. Refund Eligibility

- Refunds will only be considered for orders that have not yet been prepared or delivered.
- Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Refunds are not issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
- For complaints regarding delivered products, a partial refund or credit may be considered if there is evidence of fault on our part.

2. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us in writing within 48 hours of your event. Include your full name, event date, order details, and reason for the request. Email all refund requests to: info@grazedcatering.co.uk.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued.

4. Exceptions

We are unable to offer refunds for issues arising from incorrect delivery addresses, lack of access to the venue, or unsuitable conditions that prevent safe and practical setup—such as wet or uneven ground, high winds, excessive distance from parking to setup location, or missing amenities required to complete our service.
- Grazed Catering is not liable for food spoilage if not consumed within recommended timeframe of 2 hours.
- Events cancelled due to Force Majeure (e.g. weather, illness, or venue closures) will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with credits offered where appropriate.
