1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all catering services provided by Grazed Catering (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to our clients. By placing a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Bookings & Deposits

- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your date.
- Full payment is due no later than 14 days before your event.
- Bookings made within 14 days of the event must be paid in full upon confirmation.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If cancellation is made more than 14 days before the event, any remaining balance will be refunded.
- No refund is given for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.

4. Dietary Requirements

We are happy to cater for specific dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances where possible. These must be communicated at least 14 days prior to the event. While we take great care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

5. Delivery & Setup

Delivery and setup are included within a 15-mile radius of Wrexham. Additional mileage will be charged at £0.75 per mile. We require access to the venue at an agreed time to allow for setup. Tables must be provided unless otherwise arranged.

6. Equipment Hire & Returns

Any boards, props or equipment used remain the property of Grazed Catering. These must be returned within 48 hours unless collection has been agreed. A replacement fee may be charged for lost or damaged items.

7. Liability

Grazed Catering will not be held liable for any injury, illness or loss arising from consumption of our food or use of our services, except in cases of proven negligence. Clients are responsible for informing guests of allergen content where relevant.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, accidents, strikes, pandemic restrictions).
